Dr. Ken van Ierlant recently joined the UpGen Board of Directors, consisting of 11 members. UpGen has together supervised more than 1,000 acquisitions. Ken van Ierlant has completed his studies at the Catholic University (KU) Leuven, a co-tutuelle with Ariel University in Israel, IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and INSEAD in Fontainebleau in France. Ken is a Director at FutureXL in The Hague and advises companies in the field of digital issues. He is a Digital Thought Leader and visiting lecturer at Nyenrode Business University. He gives lectures in the field of “Technologies for Boards”, “Digital Leadership” and “Digital Valuation Strategies”. Ken is Ambassador & Fellow of the Royal Dutch Association of Information Professionals (KNVI). As CIO / CDO / CEO Ken van Ierlant has built up extensive practical experience in the field of digital turnarounds and transformation processes within internationally oriented companies.
